We are a small, versatile, and friendly photography and dance studio space in Biggin Hill that is ideal for photography, one-to-one dance tuition, art, and any similar creative projects. We also have video and audio recording equipment available if you want to record a podcast or host a Zoom meeting.

The studio is a small well-equipped general use space, with multiple lighting configurations, studio flash heads, a sound system, a projector, video recording equipment, and more. It is heated for use throughout the year, and there are tea and coffee making facilities as well as a microwave.
The garden and grounds at Hawthorn provide a wide range of looks and environments for photography and art. There are several garden zones, a patio area (with an outdoor heated shower), woodlands, and various outbuildings which can be used as backdrops (interior access by arrangement).
The site owner will always be available on-site during hire periods and can be contacted by walkie-talkie radio for any technical support or queries during your hire.
There are several training courses and sessions run at Hawthorn.
Learn to dance Argentine Tango through a modern and relevant teaching style. Graham runs private tango classes throughout the week, teaching at all levels. This is an ideal way to learn something completely new, or to tune up and perfect your tango if you have been dancing for a while.
